PAVER SEALANT
A paver is a paving stone, tile, brick, or brick-like piece of concrete commonly used as exterior flooring. In a factory, concrete pavers are made by pouring a mixture of concrete and some type of coloring agent into a mold of some shape and allowing it to set. Whenever you clean any such surface for the first time, we highly recommend you protect your investment with a good sealant. We use high-quality sealants that will protect your investment for three years.
Pavers must be maintained over the course of time and resealed to prevent cracking and or tinting. If NOT done correctly, your surface will need to be stripped, causing you expenses and time. Before we seal, we also pour masonry sand to fill the cracks exposed. We show you ideas and provide real solutions- to protect your flooring and provide a warranty service, which will protect your investment.

HOUSE WASH

HARD SURFACE
(pavers, concrete, stone, marble, pool decks, parking garages)
Mold and Algae also grow and develop on surfaces such as flooring. This is treated slightly differently than a house and roof. We use a surface cleaner, with 4-8 gal per minute, removing organic growth. All areas are pretreated prior to in order to ensure all organic growth is destroyed. If you have GUM, no worries, we can remove this by using HOT water-treating this up to 275 degrees if need be. Oh, so you have hard water stains, ok no biggie, we can remove this too. Or let me guess rust stains, we got you covered! (High-pressure treatment).
